Fashion Cakes!

Hey Vogue Vixens! Wow, it's been a long time since I've been around here. What's up? Old Danny ever get that tooth fixed?

So anyways, I wanted to tell you guys about this cool thing I came up with. Here's the concept:

If you're not really sure what your style is, or if you have a few styles and want a fun way to blend them together, make a Fashion Cake! I personally have two. One of them is my hippy, bohemian, vintage, beachy, Indian style. The second one is my preppy, nautical, British soldier, polished style. What you do is, you think of your main style, then all of your side styles. Take the ones you think would go good together (example: beachy, bohemian, tribal), and then..make a cake! Basically, your main style is the flower, second style is the milk/eggs, then your least prominent style would be the vanilla extract/pinch of sugar, or something like that. It's really fun to see what styles go together and which ones don't.

Fashion/Glamour Daze/Inspiring!!!

Hello! Yesterday night I found out about this old fashioned film making company through looking at really old fashion stuff on youtube, and it is Glamour Daze! Check out their blog: http://glamourdaze.blogspot.com/search/label/1930%27s%20fashion

Anyways, it gave me a BUNCH of ideas, I just need to put them together, lol. I had an idea where I could create a look, using all the strong points(or my favorite points) in different fashion periods. Maybe mixing the 50s with the 20s or something like that. Ahh i dont know how that will work!! I just need to put it on paper. I'll write more when i make it.

Colored Carrots!(and where me and Sparks are traveling)

I found these really cool things called colored carrots. They're really cool, and some of them have special properties, i.e, protecting against cancer, stopping macular degeneration, etc.My friend is being a purple one for halloween. I'm being a grape. My other friends are being a banana, a pinapple, and an orange. We're a funny bunch.

Vlog, Fashion, and Much More!

Hello!
Okay, so since i haven't written in a while, let me catch you up on what i've been doing lately.

Well, I now have a youtube account. I put up a video, but it didnt work. I'm making another video tonight, though! My youtube account is WithLoveAndLace. The reason i made it is because me and my friend(Sparks) wanted to find a new way to communicate. We've already done Gmail, Skype, different video chats, Blogger, Calling each other (obviously), and writing letters. I'm also doing it as a fashion vlog. I'll vlog about fashion, new sketch ideas, hauls, and much more.

I don't know why, but I think I'll tell you about Sparks and I's big plans(lol). So first we're going to plan the clothes line we're going to start when we're older. Then, when we get our license we're going to go across the whole country. I can't wait! Then, we're going to Flagler college. Me for fashion, and I'm not sure if she's doing something else. Then, when we're done with college, we're going to tour across the globe to get better known in the fashion world, and to get inspired for another line. I'll make a post with all the places we're going.

That's basically our plan! You never know, plans might change. But this is our plan for now, and we're trying to make it happen!

Halloween!

Halloween is so much fun. I think i'll make a quiz for it, even though its only september!

Falling Into Autumn!

There's something exciting about Autumn...


Maybe it's the clothes...




Maybe it's the leaves...





Maybe it's the possibility that you could restart, change your image, and create a new look for yourself.....





But for me, it's all three. I just love all the possibility's for photos, new friends, new looks, and new memories. Everyone loves summer, of course, but it's always exciting and fun to jump into the pile of leaves you just raked!
